1. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. We will post the revised Privacy Policy on the Site, update the "Last updated" date above, and take any other steps required by applicable law. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.

- Analytics, advertising, and lead-generation providers (for example, Google and Meta).
- Publicly available sources.
3. How We Use Your Personal Information

Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. To stop receiving text messages, reply STOP to any message you receive from us. For help, reply HELP or contact us using the details below. We honor opt-out requests promptly, although you may continue to receive transactional messages directly related to an active job.

5. Cookies, Tracking, and Analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember your preferences, measure performance, and deliver advertising. We use the following categories of providers:
- Analytics: Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use the Site.
- Advertising: Google Ads and Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram) to measure ad performance and show you relevant ads.
- Functional: cookies that enable core Site functionality.
You can control cookies through your browser settings, and you may opt out of certain advertising cookies via tools such as the Digital Advertising Alliance (optout.aboutads.info), the Network Advertising Initiative (optout.networkadvertising.org), and your device's "Limit Ad Tracking" setting. You can opt out of Google Analytics at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout and adjust Meta ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram account settings.
We currently do not respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals because no uniform standard has been adopted. We do honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as an opt-out of "sale" or "sharing" of personal information where applicable law requires.
6. How We Disclose Personal Information
We may disclose your personal information to the following categories of recipients:

We do not sell your personal information for money. We may "share" certain identifiers and online activity with advertising partners (such as Meta and Google) for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under California law. You may opt out as described in Section 8.
7. Data Retention
